Please Vote and help us secure funding for our Transitions project!
darts has been shortlisted for LNER’s Customer and Community Investment Fund for our Transitions project. If we can secure funding, we can extend the project to reach more young people.
Transitions will provide Disabled young people, who are on the cusp of adulthood, with employability-focused opportunities, improved lifeskills and progression towards independence. Artists will design bespoke experiences for 14-19 year olds in three Doncaster Special Schools to improve their essential lifeskills, focusing on communication, resilience, perseverance and confidence. Young people will take on roles and responsibilities in designing and delivering a project from start to finish.
