Kate Westerman is an experienced primary school teacher with a deep passion for music, drama and the creative arts. She believes every child deserves the chance to be the best they can be and that strong, nurturing relationships—both at home and in early education—lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
Whether in the classroom or in creative spaces beyond it, Kate loves using songs, stories, objects and movement to spark imagination and create meaningful connections that inspire children and adults alike. Her involvement with darts’ Tuneful Chatter programme has strengthened her belief in the power of music, drama, and play to enhance communication, language and social skills in young children.
Kate thrives in collaborative environments and values working alongside artists who share her commitment to joyful, open and imaginative learning experiences — and who believe, as she does, in the magic of creativity and the joy it brings to young minds.
