Bethan is dashing for darts ’25!
Read why Social Media Manager and local artist Bethan is fundraising
Hi, I’m B. I’m Head of Social at Navy Professional, a triathlon coach at Doncaster Triathlon Club, and the owner of Paint By B. I’ve lived in Doncaster all my life and feel really lucky to be part of both its creative and sporting communities.
At Navy Professional, I lead social media and communications, with a focus on storytelling, brand building and community engagement. It’s a role that has allowed my creativity to truly thrive in a professional capacity. From developing content and campaigns to bringing ideas to life across digital platforms. I love being able to use my creative skillset every day in a meaningful and impactful way.
Outside of work, I coach with Doncaster Tri Club, supporting people of all abilities to stay active, build confidence and enjoy training together. It’s a part of my life I really value, and it keeps me connected to the local community in a different but equally rewarding way.
Alongside my full-time job and coaching, I run Paint By B, an independent art and design business specialising in wedding stationery, art prints and canvas artwork. What started during lockdown has grown into a small creative business that continues to evolve. It allows me to explore my design background while staying grounded in the creative culture that’s always been a big part of life in Doncaster.
I’m running the Doncaster 10K to raise money for darts because I know how much of a difference access to creativity can make. Growing up here, I was lucky to be surrounded by music, art and culture, and those early experiences gave me confidence, perspective, and a creative mindset that now shapes everything I do, both personally and professionally. darts makes sure that kind of opportunity is available to everyone, and I’m proud to support a charity doing such important work in our area.
