Could you be our new Finance Manager?

We are an award winning charity creating art with people in Doncaster to improve life, learning and health.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, skilled, and proactive to join us in the role of Finance Manager. You will be part of a small, knowledgeable, and motivated team who share a passion for darts’ charitable aims and believe in our core values.

You will ensure that our finances continue to be well managed, with robust systems, high standards and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting, monitoring and reporting, with oversight of company budgets and the ability to see how they fit into the organisation’s wider ambitions. This role is critical in ensuring excellent charity finance, compliance and a smooth-running business that retains its spotless financial reputation.

The right candidate will be conscientious, organised and driven, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet regular deadlines. You will be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues internally, and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers and artists externally. There is capacity for professional growth and development, within a welcoming, supportive, and valued team.

We are ideally seeking a candidate to start on or around 19th February, though a later start date may also be possible.
