introduction: dance on at home
We wanted to create something extra special for our Dance On participants, and for anyone else who finds themselves at home and in need of a good boogie.
Dancing brings us so much fun and laughter. It connects us to each other in such a joyful way. Whilst we may be apart, we can still tap into this joy and remember why we love to dance. This won’t be forever, but until we can meet again, let’s try our best to continue to dance and feel good!
Whether seated or standing you can join in, at your own pace and according to your own need. Follow the advice of your GP and please read our safety guide before participating.
