Live sessions for our Dance On participants

Get your groove on, enjoy gentle exercise and have fun dancing with others from your own home with our Dance On live Zoom sessions for Doncaster residents aged over 50!

Dance On sessions are delivered by professional dance artists and are suitable for all abilities. No prior dance experience is needed and you are welcome to take part seated or standing at your own pace.

Our Dance On Zoom sessions for participants who were attending The Point or community venues before March 2020 take place from 11am – 12pm every Tuesday, and cost only £3 per person.

Our second weekly Zoom session is aimed at over 50’s living in Doncaster who are brand new to Dance On! This session takes place on Tuesdays, 10am – 10.45am, and costs only £3 per person.

If you’ve never used Zoom before, don’t worry – it’s really easy when you know how. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a camera, like a mobile phone, laptop or tablet. Do get in touch with us via email and we can help guide you through it.

I have always loved dancing and keeping fit. Our Dance On classes with Charlie via Zoom have been a good substitute for the real thing. Good music, different activities to exercise all parts of the body and short cardiovascular workouts continue to help keep me mobile and uplifted. I think that it is also important to still feel part of a group and see familiar faces when we link up. It gives me a feeling of normality in our present unusual world.
