dance activities for you to do at home - whatever size your room is

Here you will find our ‘pick and mix’ dance class:

Choose at least one warm up and one cool down and fill the space in between with any number of dance activities designed especially for you.

We recommend you move for at least 30 minutes to keep up with your recommended daily physical activity goal. You can do more than one warm up and cool down but please do make sure you do at least one of each.

Whether seated or standing you can join in, at your own pace and according to your own need. Follow the advice of your GP and please read our safety guide before participating.

Please make sure you have clear safe space, some water on hand and do take a rest at any time by pausing the film.

Like all of our Dance On classes, we want you to feel the warm glow that only a dance can bring. Our dance artists will guide you through each section.
