kerry: my creative directions story
Kerry tells us how Creative Directions has supported her during lockdown.

Kerry (not her real name) is one of 52 people we delivered a creative activity book to during lockdown.
The book, designed by poet Ian McMillan and design agency Eleven Design, provides our Creative Directions participants with creative activities that they can enjoy whilst we can’t be together in person.
During lockdown, Kerry has been busy supporting the elderly as a volunteer for the Red Cross. When our Creative Directions Participation Co-ordinator Jamie came to deliver Kerry’s book, it meant a lot to her:
“It was brilliant to see a person you recognise, have a short chat with and receive an activity pack. Creative Directions is a lovely group that welcomes and supports all people, whether it be people who need support workers or people who like an activity group.”
We will continue to enable Creative Directions participants to be creative at home by delivering more activity books during lockdown.
