Have a voice in the future of darts

We are looking for people to help us improve live, learning and health

A group of children and young people wearing jeans and brightly coloured t-shirts are singing. Their arms are held up, palms facing towards their faces.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for:

  • An artist with experience/understanding of participatory practice
  • A creative leader who understands participatory practice
  • A Doncaster-based primary school teacher

to join our Board of Trustees.

What is a Trustee?

As a trustee you can use your life experience and skills to benefit darts as a Doncaster charity with a clear mission. You will find out all about our approach and our programmes, attend meetings, have an understanding of your legal responsibilities, and make decisions that impact on the future of the charity.

We want our trustees to be real advocates for darts and to help us strive for our mission for everyone to feel an accepted and valued part of the community, creating a healthier and more connected society.

If you don’t feel you have the skills listed above, but have experience that you feel would fit with our organisation, do get in touch. We strongly encourage approaches from all interested people, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, background or previous Trustee experience.

Please read this Information Sheet and get in touch for a chat – sophy@wearedarts.org.uk or 01302 493994.
