Singing for Memory wins ‘Highly Commended’ at Doncaster Dementia Awards
Singing for Memory won ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Groups category at the Doncaster Dementia Awards, held in Rossington on 23 May.
The award was presented by actor Wayne Goddard, and collected by one of our brilliant Singing for Memory volunteers. Singing For Memory was lauded as a lovely, supportive group which thoroughly deserves the award.
Well done to everyone who plays a part in making Singing for Memory such a success, from participants to volunteers, to our Core Artist Janet who leads the sessions.
